FAQs
1. How should I care for my enamel pieces?
-
Avoid Exposure to Chemicals
Keep enamel jewelry away from perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, and household cleaning products, as these can cause discoloration or damage. -
Remove Before Activities
Take off enamel pieces before swimming, showering, exercising, or doing household chores. Moisture and physical stress can lead to chips or dulling. -
Store Carefully
Store enamel jewelry separately in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box to prevent scratches or chips, especially when mixed with metal or stone pieces. -
Clean Gently
Clean with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid abrasive materials, ultrasonic cleaners, or harsh chemicals. -
Avoid Direct Sunlight
Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause fading or discoloration in some enamel finishes. -
Handle With Care
Enamel is essentially glass fused to metal—so while it's durable, it can chip or crack if dropped or hit against hard surfaces.
2. Do the enamel rings scratch easily with daily wear? And if so, are we able to reach out to you for fixes of scratches or chips to the enamel if that happens?
Absolutely. If your ring does experience a chip or noticeable wear, please don’t hesitate to reach out. While we don’t offer a warranty at this time, we’re always happy to discuss repair options and help keep your piece looking its best.
3. Are you able to do sizing that isn't listed and will it change the price?
Absolutely! We’re happy to offer custom sizing, including quarter and half sizes. Just leave your exact size in the notes at checkout or reach out to us after placing your order — we’ve got you covered. Our pieces are thoughtfully priced so regardless of the size, the price will remain the same.
4. My ring no longer fits me! What do I do?
Enamel is incredibly difficult to resize. Because of this, the ring must be completely recast and remade. We’re happy to resize your ring for a fee — please see our “Resize Fee” listing for details.
To avoid the need for resizing, we highly recommend double-checking your ring size before ordering. You can order a ring sizer from our shop or visit a local jeweler to confirm your size prior to purchase.
5. Do you offer any warranties?
We cover any manufacturing defects for 60 days (loose stones, broken prongs, faulty settings, etc) which will exclude normal wear and tear, loss/theft, water or chemical damage or any damages from misuse.
Because we don’t have a store front, we’d be happy to service your ring annually if you wanted to send it in ❤️
6. What are all of the options we have for finishes and settings?
Finishes:
- High Polish: Mirror-like shine, durable for everyday wear.
-
Satin: Soft, velvety finish that is more delicate and may develop shine over time — avoid abrasives and heavy wear to preserve the look.
Settings:
- Basket Setting: Lower profile, sits more flush to the finger and helps reduce stone turning; not always ideal for stacking.
-
Raised Setting: Elevated to allow bands to sit seamlessly alongside for a stackable look.
