We are pleased to offer complimentary domestic Standard Shipping on all orders. If you have a specific request or delivery timeframe in mind, we kindly ask that you contact us prior to placing your order. Please note that selecting expedited shipping will not reduce production times.

The Emerald Holiday is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from unforeseen weather conditions or technical issues with the shipping carrier. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. We strongly encourage you to double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase, and to contact us promptly if you notice any errors.

We offer international shipping via UPS or DHL depending on the country. For a quote, contact us prior to placing your order. Please be aware that any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
