Shipping policy

We are pleased to offer complimentary domestic worldwide shipping on all orders. If you have a specific request or delivery timeframe in mind, we kindly ask that you contact us prior to placing your order. Please note that selecting expedited shipping will not reduce production times.

The Emerald Holiday is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from unforeseen weather conditions or technical issues with the shipping carrier.

Additionally, we cannot be held liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. We strongly encourage you to double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase, and to contact us promptly if you notice any errors.

We offer international shipping via UPS or DHL depending on the country. Should you have a carrier preference, contact us prior to placing your order or add it to the notes. 

Up to $200 Import Cost Refund - effective Sept 8, 2026

We’ll help cover unexpected import costs on your order. If you’re charged additional tariffs, customs duties, or import taxes when your order is delivered, we’ll reimburse you up to $200 USD. Please read the details below.

This offer covers eligible government-imposed import charges associated with your order such as customs, duties, import fees and/or tariffs.

To request a refund, please provide documentation showing the applicable import charges via email. Refunds are limited to $200 USD per order. We will not issue a refund without proof of payments.

Import Cost Policy:

Customers must contact us by email within 7 calendar days of receiving their order to be considered for an order adjustment. Requests received after this period will not be eligible.

Order adjustments are subject to the terms below and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Orders using the 10% Emerald10 discount:

  • Orders over $1,000 USD: eligible for a $100 USD adjustment
  • Orders over $2,000 USD: eligible for a $200 USD adjustment

Orders using a promotional code greater than 10%:

  • Orders over $1,000 USD: eligible for a $50 USD adjustment
  • Orders over $2,000 USD: eligible for a $100 USD adjustment

All adjustments are subject to verification and eligibility requirements. The adjustment amount is determined based on the original order value and promotional code used at the time of purchase.
